President's Message
Our Savior's Lutheran Church is blessed to have so many caring individuals selflessly contributing their time, effort, and financial resources to help others. As a member of OSLC for more than 30 years and an OSLC Foundation Board Director for more than 10 years, I’ve witnessed that strong, continuing and unwavering commitment to serving others firsthand in so many ways. 

By investing in the OSLC Foundation and its Mission, you have an opportunity to contribute to that legacy of service and support in perpetuity. In addition, your investment can be structured to provide you with significant personal financial benefits for the near term. 

Important points to remember are these:
1. The funds donors establish with the Foundation or contribute to allow us to help others in perpetuity.
2. There is no minimum gift requirement to invest in the Foundation and its Mission.
3. The original principal is not invaded, just the earnings.
4. A portion of annual earnings is retained as principal to assure that the purchasing power of the original gift is maintained. 
5. Earnings above the ‘retained portion’ are used to support the ministries and missions specified by the donor.Your gift lives on and on.
