How to Request a Grant
The Our Savior’s Lutheran Church Foundation (OSLC Foundation or Foundation) meets quarterly to review grant applications and discuss other business matters.
To apply for a Foundation grant, simply complete a grant request application form according to the instructions and mail it to the address listed. If you have questions, you may contact the Foundation President, Phil Fischer, at [email protected].
